About Me
Sebastien Patiño
Hi, I’m Sebastien Patiño. I’m a coach, athlete, and lifelong student of human performance. I train for both strength and endurance, and I’ve spent the last eight years helping people reach their potential through discipline, structure, exercise science, nutrition, and a deep focus on mindset and behavior change.
I studied at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where I learned how systems, feedback, and consistency drive real progress. Along the way, I competed in USAPL powerlifting, won my first NPC bodybuilding show, and placed first in both my first ever half and full marathons, eventually running a sub 3:30. These experiences shaped how I coach through measurable progress and mental resilience.
My background includes mentorship under an IFBB professional bodybuilder, ACSM certification, and completion of the University of Michigan’s personal training mentorship program. I continue to study physiology and nutrition every week and keep a detailed log of everything I learn from the latest research.
Coaching is my life’s work. I take it personally, and it’s how I study human potential. My job is to help you achieve what you didn’t think was possible through simple, evidence-based methods built around your reality. I’ll be honest with you, challenge you when you need it, and support you every step of the way. You’ll always know I’m in your corner.
