Hi there! My name is Sebastien Patiño and I am a coach, nerd, and full-time athlete. I train for strength and endurance running.
More importantly, I have been a coach for the last 8 years, specializing in overall health, weight loss, athletic & strength performance, bodybuilding, and lifestyle change.
Whether it is losing weight, building muscle, competitive bodybuilding, distance running, or keeping up with the kids, my job is to get your body & mind to achieve that goal quickly using simple, evidence based methods.
The privilege of working with you is not one I take lightly. I understand this is a big commitment. Coaching is my life's work and I will use every tool in my skillset get you where you need to be.
I understand the challenges life may throw at you but I also do not sugar coat. Expect to be pushed and to become a better version of yourself.

You have access to me via text message at anytime. I will also frequently check-in with you as needed.
With 8 years of experience in nutrition, we will work together to find an approach that's right for you. Whether that's food journaling, macro counting, portion control, or mindful eating. Optional blood work available.
Whether you're at home, at a gym, or traveling, I will work with you to create an optimized training plan that will fit into your schedule.
Every week, you will submit a check-in to me reflecting on your progress and recording important metrics. Your program will continuously evolve weekly based on these check-ins.
Some of you are simply only looking for the expertise but I will also hold you accountable. I don't hand out participation trophies so expect to be pushed! You will learn valuable tools & methods to train your mind to crave doing the hard stuff.
Everyone's journey & priorities are different. Over the course of our time together we will find the correct "balance" between other life priorities and fitness so you can keep your results forever. This isn't a 6 week challenge.
Best for those who want to start taking their health seriously, but at a sustainable pace. Also a good choice if you don't see yourself needing too much accountability and/or communication.
Expect a more “relaxed” coaching experience - your health doesn’t need to be a race.

Also best if you have large external life stressors to navigate, a complex medical/diet history, constant travel, a higher need for accountability.

Payment is non-refundable once coaching is established. Established coaching is defined as exactly two weeks from when payment is received. No refunds will be issued during our time together due to the custom nature of the work and time put into writing each individualized program, as well as the ongoing support that comes with coaching. It is the client's responsibility to read through and understand all agreements given to them. Check-ins are the client's responsibility. If you do not check in, coaching will still be available to you until the agreed-upon time. The client is also responsible for canceling any subscriptions should they no longer wish to continue.
